"Do not waste your money on State Farm. Although Jenny Weidner is great and so is jer office staff, her claims person Ken Sheguit and his officer personnel are terrible. I had some water damage in my wall, filed a claim they called a water remediation vendor to come out between 1 and 4 p.m. I waited then after 4 I called the vendor and they stated the claim had been canceled hours ago. I called Ken to find out what was going on to find his voice mail stated he was on vacation. I called back to speak with someone else to find information and was hung up on 6 times, I didn't even get a chance to speak with anyone. I called Jenny and she called claims they did canceled the appointment but failed to call me. I voiced my concern because the longer this waits mold could form. The claims person stated we don't cover mold. I explained there wasn't any but if I have to wait days. I did get angry and the claims person requested an apology, which I gave her. I have paid 300 plus dollars a month to be treated so poorly. Please please head my warning do not use State Farm I would leave negative stars if I could. I don't even think they will care about this review"
